Sallie Zubek

Sallie Zubek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in tax management and bond accounting compliance. Currently serving as a Practice Attorney at Ice Miller LLP since April 2020, Zubek previously held the position of Tax Manager at the American Heart Association from March 2019 to February 2020. At CHRISTUS Health, Zubek worked from October 2009 to September 2018 as the Director of Bond Accounting and Compliance, overseeing a $1 billion debt portfolio and managing various compliance and reporting functions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Tax Accountant and Tax Staff at CHRISTUS Health and Ernst & Young, respectively. Zubek holds a Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Butler University.
