Nathan Smith

Nathan Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product ownership and security services. Currently serving as the Senior Product Owner for Platform at ICE since May 2023, Nathan organizes product teams and ensures alignment with organizational needs while supporting 15 engineering teams in developing a top-tier developer platform. Prior to this role, Nathan spent nearly 24 years at BT, where various positions included Product Specialist for the Graded Service Model, managing the Security Hub, and leading a global support team in security platform infrastructure. Nathan’s contributions have consistently involved strategic planning, product development, and enhancing customer user experience through agile methodologies. Nathan has also been integral to high-profile projects, such as the IT security management for the London 2012 Olympic Games.
