David Devany

David Devany is an accomplished marketing and digital leader with extensive experience in the retail sector. Currently serving as the Group Chief Marketing, Customer & Digital Officer at Iceland Foods since August 2016, David has been instrumental in enhancing Iceland's presence as the UK's leading grocer in frozen food, overseeing over 1000 stores and the relaunch of Iceland's online shopping service, which has become the fastest-growing online grocer in the UK. Prior to this role, David held the position of Global SVP - Chief Digital & Information Officer at Claire's, where responsibilities included overseeing Global IT, Digital, eCommerce, and Multichannel initiatives. David also served as Multi Channel Director at JJB Sports, showcasing a strong background in driving digital transformation and multichannel strategies within the retail industry.
