Michael Serences

Michael Serences has held a variety of roles in the IT industry since 2002. Michael began their career as an IT/Operations Manager for Czech & Slovak Leaders Magazine. Michael then held the role of IT Administrator/Consultant for COMPANIES.cz, Exportrådet (The Swedish Trade Council), Žižka & Partners Attorneys at Law, Myall Consulting Europe, and Nordic Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic. In 2003, they began a role as Operations and Business Analyst for Provocative Beauty. In 2009, they became the IT Manager for Nordic Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic. In 2016, they became the CEO of MS Elements. Since 2017, they have been the Head of Support Services, Support Escalations Manager, and Pre-Sales Consultant for IceWarp.

Michael Serences received their Bachelor Study in Company Management and Finance from the University of Finance and Administration, Prague in 2010. Prior to that, they attended Technical High School Nove Zamky from 1996 to 2000, where they studied Low-(voltage) current / Information technologies. In October 2017, they obtained a certification in Running a Professional Webinar from LinkedIn.
