Patrick Poirot

Patrick Poirot has extensive experience in spacecraft thermal engineering and project management, currently serving as Spacecraft Thermal Team Lead and Spacecraft Thermal Engineer at ICEYE since March 2021. Prior roles include Design Engineer at Convion Oy, where responsibilities involved the design and CE marking of SOFC fuel cell systems, and positions at various firms such as Optogear Oy, DA-Design Oy, and Altran, focusing on mechanical design and thermal analysis for telecommunications satellites. Notable achievements include managing thermal projects for the Ariane 5 program and leading teams in various engineering capacities. Patrick holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Aeronautics from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et d'Aérotechnique, which was obtained between 1995 and 1998.
