Saana Temmes-Itani

Saana Temmes-Itani is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and human resources management. Currently serving as the People Operations Manager and Country HR Lead for Finland at ICEYE since August 2018, Saana focuses on supporting employees, particularly in relocation matters and practicalities related to living in Finland. Prior to ICEYE, Saana worked at UPM - The Biofore Company, where roles included Senior HR Specialist and HR Trainee Coordinator, leading significant recruitment projects and enhancing the recruitment process through systems training. Additional experience includes an HR trainee position at Wärtsilä, along with multiple summer roles in office administration and customer service. Saana holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Vaasa and has participated in an Erasmus exchange program at IÉSEG School of Management.
