Kimberly Williams

Kimberly Williams is an accomplished HR Business Partner and Senior Manager at ICF, with over twenty years of experience in human resources. Since joining ICF in May 2012, Kimberly has demonstrated a strong ability to collaborate with senior executives and middle management to drive company goals. Previous roles include National HR Manager at Empire Today, Director of Selection & Development at Inmar, and Corporate Organizational Development Manager at Guilford Mills. Kimberly holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Radford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
