Laura Biggerstaff

Laura Biggerstaff is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical support, program management, and counseling. Currently serving as a SETA at ICF, Biggerstaff supports the National Science Foundation's Regional Innovation Engines program. Previously, as Deployment Manager at Valiant Harbor International, LLC, efforts included facilitating partnerships within the Navy and managing significant projects. Earlier roles at AVIAN and Renaissance Sciences Corporation encompassed technical support, programmatic analysis, and technical writing, contributing to the success of various military and research initiatives. Higher education includes an M.S. in Counseling and Human Development from Troy University and a B.A. in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington.
