Yolanda Saunders

Yolanda Saunders is a seasoned expert in cybersecurity and program management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Research Technologist at ICF since March 2022, Yolanda previously held significant positions, including Director of Program Management and Cybersecurity at BayFirst Solutions LLC from October 2014 to March 2022, where expertise was provided as a senior cybersecurity subject matter expert for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Prior roles include Advisory Scientist/Team Lead at Strategic Analysis, Air Systems Project Lead at Kalman and Company, and Program Analyst at the Joint Project Manager for Decontamination. Yolanda's earlier career involved leading a team at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, where contributions included software engineering and testing for chemical, biological, and radiological defense systems. Yolanda holds a B.A. in Mathematics/Computer Science from Sweet Briar College.
