Brian Kozlowski began their career in 1982 at Naval Sea Systems Command, where they worked as an Engineer and Ship Design Manager until 1996. In 1999, they joined ICI Services Corporation as a Senior VP and Director of Business and Finance. During their time there, Kozlowski played a key role in converting the company into a 100% employee-owned Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Brian also held various VP positions during their tenure. Kozlowski took a brief break in 2019 before joining JSL Technologies, Inc. in 2020 as the Vice President and Director of Business Operations. In 2023, they transitioned to a new position as the Senior Vice President of Program Development at ICI Services Corporation.
Brian Kozlowski obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University, which they pursued from 1979 to 1984. Later, they pursued Executive Business Development at The Wharton School, where they completed their studies in 2014.
