Sonali Phapale

Sonali Phapale is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the banking and cement industries. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Manager at ICICI Bank since November 2018, Sonali is responsible for driving digital transactions through the bank's digital channels. Prior to this role, Sonali worked as a Management Trainee at Birla Gold Cement, focusing on market and competition analysis in the cement industry, and project management for automation solutions. Additional experience includes a summer internship at Sutherland, where strategic rebranding initiatives were explored, and earlier roles at IBM and Cognizant Technology Solutions as an Application Developer and Programmer Analyst Trainee, respectively. Sonali holds an MBA in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Raipur and a BTech in Electronics and Telecommunication from Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology.
