Swetang Jagirdar has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Swetang started their career at Reliance Money Ltd as a Cluster Head in 2007 and worked there until 2011. Swetang then joined Kisan Ratilal Choksey Shares & Security Pvt. Ltd as a Regional Head from 2011 to 2013. Since 2013, Swetang has been working at ICICIdirect, where they have held various roles. Swetang started as a Regional Product Manager - Equity and worked in that position until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for creating a business plan for branch broking sales, driving product penetration, and overseeing MIS and analytics. From 2018 to 2020, they held the position of Segment Manager - Premier Business, and from 2020 to the present, they have been working as an AVP - Digital Client Acquisition. Currently, Swetang holds the role of Product Lead - New Solution Group at ICICIdirect.
Swetang Jagirdar has a diverse education history. In 2003-2005, they completed an MBA with a specialization in Finance from the S R Luthra Institute of Management. In 2010-2011, they pursued Financial Planning and Services, earning a certification in CFP from FPSB India. In 2011-2013, they cleared the CFA Level 2 exam from CFA Institute USA. Currently, they are enrolled in the EDP - Digital Transformation program at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, expected to graduate in 2023.
