Tushar Jogadia has work experience in various companies and roles. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Product Manager at ICICI Securities. Tushar then joined Kotak Mahindra Bank in 2003 as part of the Wealth Management - Business Solutions Group. From 2004 to 2011, they held the position of VP - Online & NRI Business at HSBC InvestDirect (India) Limited, where they were responsible for online channel strategy and product development. In the same period, they also worked as a Product Manager at IL&FS Investsmart Securities Ltd., a HSBC Group Company.
In 2011, Tushar joined Reliance Securities as the Head of Online Strategy. Tushar then moved to Tushky Events and Entertainment in 2013, serving as VP Marketing and handling marketing strategies, communications, and public relations. In 2014, they joined IndiaNivesh Securities Pvt. Ltd. as the VP of Online Business.
From 2015 to 2022, Tushar worked at RBL Bank, first as the Vice President - BSG, Digital Banking, responsible for digital assets development and user experience. Later, they served as the Head of Digital Assets, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and organizational standards.
In 2022, Tushar took on the role of Project Lead at L&T Financial Services and subsequently joined ICICIdirect as the VP of Products.
Tushar Jogadia completed their Bachelor's degree in Zoology from Sathaye college from 1995 to 1998. Tushar then pursued an Advance Diploma in Software Engineering from Aptech between 1997 and 2000. In addition, Tushar obtained certifications in Google Analytics Training from Udemy in 2020 and Agile Project Management from Udemy in 2019.
