Colin Day is the founder and chairman of iCIMS. Colin has over 20 years of experience in the talent management software industry. Prior to iCIMS, Colin was a technical recruiter at Comrise Technology. Colin has also held leadership positions at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, Northpass, WorkWave, and StartupTree. Colin is a graduate of Cornell University.
Colin Day attended St. Albans School (D.C.) for high school and then went on to Cornell University where they obtained their BS in Psychology.
