Kevin Schmidt

Kevin Schmidt has a strong background in software architecture and engineering, with extensive experience in the technology industry. Kevin started their career in 2003 as a Computer Scientist Intern for the Department of Defense, where they gained Secret Clearance and assisted in maintaining signal intelligence systems. In 2005, they worked as a Software Developer on The JPMorganChase Messaging Team, where they developed web applications and gained experience using Java Spring Framework. From 2006 to 2007, they served as a Software Engineer at Goldman Sachs, leading a team and participating in the development of an Automated Securities Inventory Management Application. Kevin then joined Rutgers University as a Network Analyst at the Network Operations Center, where they developed and designed reporting web applications and was responsible for maintenance and support of the university's network infrastructure. In 2007, they joined iCIMS as a Software Engineer and later became a Software Architect, responsible for high-level design and providing guidance for the ICIMS Talent Platform. Kevin worked in this role until 2014 when they became a Principal Software Engineer, leading an agile team and contributing to the platform's design. In 2017, Kevin was promoted to Chief Architect at iCIMS, where they played a key role in shaping the technological vision and strategy of the company. In 2019, they took on the role of Principal Software Architect, DMTS at iCIMS, leading the vision and roadmap for Identity & Access Management and Tenant Management systems and responsible for authentication and authorization. Throughout their career, Kevin has consistently demonstrated their technical expertise, leadership skills, and ability to contribute to the development and success of software systems.

Kevin Schmidt attended Rutgers University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
