Rebecca Sherman has a diverse work experience in customer success, account management, and sales. Rebecca currently works at iCIMS as the Manager of Customer Success, where they lead a team of Mid-Market Customer Success Managers and successfully integrates the Altru Labs tool into iCIMS' platform. Prior to joining iCIMS, Rebecca was an Enterprise Account Manager at Altru, where they played a key role in the company's growth and eventual acquisition by iCIMS. Rebecca developed client strategies, managed client implementation, and partnered with major brands. Rebecca also has experience in sales and leadership roles at LinkedIn, where they worked as a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager and a Team Lead for the Sales Development team. Before their time at LinkedIn, they participated in the Business Leadership Program at LinkedIn and gained exposure to various verticals and senior leadership. Rebecca's early career included a role as a Student Representative at Harvard University and an Assistant to the Managing Director and Chief Mobilization Officer at Citizen Schools.
Rebecca Sherman's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Government and French from Harvard University. Rebecca also attended Dublin City University, where they studied International Politics, Irish Literature, and German. Prior to university, Rebecca graduated from the Winsor School and obtained a High School Diploma. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Communication Fundamentals and Strategic Negotiation from Lynda.com. Rebecca also holds a Diplôme de Français Professionnel from the Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de région Paris Ile-de-France.
