Suril Dalal

Suril Dalal has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to 2021. They started their career at Rutgers University School of Business as a Help Desk Specialist, providing hardware, software, and network support. In 2015, they joined iCIMS as a Quality Assurance Intern before transitioning to a Software Test Engineer role. They later became a Test Engineer II, working closely with software engineers to develop and implement various features. In 2020, Suril Dalal became a Software Engineer I at iCIMS. Currently, they hold the position of Software Engineer II and Scrum Master, where they have led the creation of a subscription service and conducted performance and security testing.

Suril Dalal attended Rutgers University from 2012 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. During their time at Rutgers University, Suril studied Information Technology & Informatics and Political Science. In addition to their bachelor's degree, Suril obtained several certifications. These include the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2023, Agile Foundations, Cert Prep: Scrum Master, Critical Thinking, and Software Architecture: Domain-Driven Design from LinkedIn in August 2022, and Foundations of Programming: Software Quality Assurance from Lynda.com in October 2016.
