Matteo Bizzotto is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in global communications and social media management. Currently serving as the Global Communications Senior Officer at ICLEI since January 2018, Matteo oversees the management of global social media channels and newsletters, develops marketing strategies for events, and coordinates multiple communication projects. Prior roles include Junior Officer for the Resilient Development Program, where Matteo managed communications for major congresses and developed content to enhance registration efforts. Prior to ICLEI, Matteo worked as a Press Office Assistant at the Permanent Mission of Italy to the United Nations, focusing on social media management and event reporting. Matteo holds a Master's degree in European and International Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Università di Trento.
