Dayna Downs

Dayna Downs has diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to 2021. From September 2021 to the present, they have been working as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Innovative Consulting & Management Services, LLC (ICMS). Prior to that, they were an Assistant Office Manager at Oasis Realty LLC from May 2017 to September 2021. In 2013, they interned in the Sales and Marketing Department at The Advisory Board Company. From 2011 to 2014, they served as a Student Ambassador for the National Capital Coalition to Prevent Underage Drinking. In 2012, they worked as a Team Member for the Student Conservation Association. Additionally, they gained journalism experience as a Journalist at DC Youth Employment in 2011.

Dayna Downs attended Bowie State University from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Communications/Public Relations.
