Robert Climack is a Chief Facilities Officer and Property Manager at ICNC since November 2014. Prior to this, Robert worked as an Account Executive at the same company and has extensive experience in managing construction projects. Robert also worked as a Staffing Manager at LGC Associates, a Department Manager at Riverdale Plating and Heat Treating, and as an Administrative Intern at the Village of Oak Lawn. Robert holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Governors State University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Eastern Illinois University.

ICNC's mission is to strengthen companies in the Kinzie Industrial Corridor and to facilitate economic and community development. ICNC is a Small Business Development Center providing no-cost advising to new and existing businesses, as well as advocating for infrastructure improvements, business-friendly zoning, and other issues important to local companies. ICNC also owns and manages one of the largest business incubators in the world, where it provides affordable space in an entrepreneurial environment to help companies start and grow.
