Michelle Kurtz is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in managing communities and residents. Currently serving as a Senior Property Manager at ICON Property Management since December 2020, Michelle oversees multiple properties around the clock. Previous roles include Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager at FirstService Residential from October 2017 to December 2020 and Property Administrator at Canlight from December 2016 to October 2017. Prior to entering property management, Michelle had a diverse background in caregiving and roles at RBC, where responsibilities included Litigation Associate, Collections Officer, Visa Customer Service Manager, and Customer Service Trainer. Michelle received education from Humber College.
