Eddie Chen

Eddie Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis, systems engineering, and software quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst and previously as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at iconectiv since July 2017, Eddie has a strong background from Ericsson, where Eddie led the engineering team for the Network Element Characterization System and received recognition as a Key Contributor. Prior to that, Eddie honed expertise at Telcordia Technologies as a Senior Network Engineering Professional and a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, managing significant projects and ensuring successful product deployments. Eddie's career began with an internship at Bellcore, where Eddie developed test plans for Y2K compliance and conducted protocol analyses. Eddie holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science, both in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
