Rose Chang

Rose Chang has extensive experience in technical customer service and system administration across various telecommunications and technology companies. Currently serving as a Technical Customer Service representative at iconectiv since May 2023, Rose previously worked as a Contractor to iconectiv at Orion Innovation, where responsibilities included operational and customer care support. Previous roles include HP-UX Consultant at MBI LLC, Senior HP-UX Engineer at Merck, and UNIX System Administrator at Hewlett-Packard, along with significant tenure at DXC Technology and Alcatel-Lucent. Rose holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Computer Science from Towson University.
