Mike Pantaleano

Mike Pantaleano has extensive experience in business development, strategy, and integration. Mike is currently the Senior Vice President of Business Development at ICONICS, where they collaborate with Mitsubishi Electric's Factory Automation team and focuses on software strategy and digital transformation. Prior to this, Mike was the Managing Principal at Bright Systems Design, LLC, where they worked on strategic initiatives and brought a human element into each opportunity. Mike also held various roles at Rockwell Automation, including Director of Strategic Integration, Director of Business Development for Software & Control, Global Business Manager for Cloud & Analytics, and Information Software Regional Manager. Mike has a strong background in product strategy, analytics, and information software. Mike started their career as an Information Technology Software Analyst at Rockwell Automation in 1993.

Mike Pantaleano obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from John Carroll University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993.
