Samantha Burt

Samantha Burt has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, working in various leadership roles. Samantha currently serves as the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at ICON plc, a leading clinical research organization. Prior to this, Samantha held positions such as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at ICON plc and the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition EMEA and APAC, as well as the Senior Director of HR Shared Services, EMEA. Before joining ICON plc, Samantha worked at Vodafone as the Head of HR Business Partners for Vodafone Global Enterprise, where they were responsible for partnering with the leadership team and driving organizational growth. Samantha also worked at Alexander Mann Solutions as the Head of HR Transformation/Principal Client Services Director, managing the onsite recruitment team at Vodafone Group. Samantha's career began at Intel Corporation as the Head of HR Business Partnering, followed by a role as an HR Business Partner at AAH Retail Pharmacy Ltd.

Samantha Burt has a degree in Human Resources and Development from Farnborough College of Technology. Samantha is also certified as a Chartered MCIPD.
