Additionally, they worked as the Deputy Program Manager/Technical Advisor from September 2006 to September 2008 and as the Mission Operations Assessment Branch - Contract Lead from February 2003 to September 2006.

Before transitioning to the private sector, Arlene worked in the United States Air Force (USAF) as a Cryptologic Linguist, specializing in Russian from August 1991 to March 2003, and Czech from February 1983 to July 1991.

Arlene Poss, MS, PMP completed their Master's degree in Space Systems Operations Management from Webster University between 2003-2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix from 1998-2002. Arlene also holds the certification of Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in 2010.
