Dan Koss is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in both program management and digital signal processing (DSP) engineering. Currently serving as a Program Manager and DSP Engineer at ICR, Inc. since September 2020, Dan manages a large government contract, overseeing a team of 90 engineers and 8 technical leads, while focusing on product delivery and financial planning. Previously, at LGS Innovations from April 2015 to September 2020, Dan led the product development of a next-generation wireless communication system, acting as an Agile product owner. Dan's career began at Shure Incorporated as a DSP Engineer, where responsibilities included firmware development for the KSE1500 headphone amplifier and architecting DSP software for the Intellimix platform. Additionally, Dan gained experience as an Electrical Engineer Intern at Stanley Consultants. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
