Edward Ochoa, Ph.D., a distinguished Data Scientist and Project Manager at ICR, Inc., has extensive experience in leveraging machine learning and analytics to enhance decision-making capabilities for the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. With a career spanning multiple significant roles, including Senior Research Engineer at Georgia Tech Research Institute and Imaging & Radar Branch Manager at Leidos, Edward has led numerous successful projects, securing significant funding and recognition for innovative solutions in geospatial and data analytics. Edward’s academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, complemented by a strong entrepreneurial background as a co-founder of iCAD, where groundbreaking advancements in medical imaging technologies contributed to cancer detection.
