Anton Nicholas

As a Managing Partner, Anton Nicholas is responsible for managing the firm’s Consumer corporate and financial communications practice as well the ICR Lifestyle Lab, ICR’s consumer and brand public relations practice.

With over 20 years of communications experience, Anton works closely with C-level corporate executives, senior leadership at private equity firms, and financial sponsors to advise on high-level strategic communications programs; focused on corporate communications, crisis management, litigation support, cross-border M&A activity and other special situations. In addition to helping clients manage multifaceted transactions, he also manages several industry verticals at ICR, including retail, restaurants, CPG, e-commerce, energy, and clean-tech.

Throughout his career, Anton has helped clients navigate a wide-range of complex challenges and strategic announcements, providing expert counsel for a number of top private and public companies, including Peloton, DraftKings, Kitchen United, Olo, Roark Capital, Planet Fitness, Fogo de Chão, and Canada Goose.

Before joining ICR, Anton was Managing Director and Partner at Sloane & Company. Prior to that, he was CEO of Financial Dynamics International’s North American operations, managing offices in New York, Boston and San Francisco. Anton holds an M.A. from Brown University and a B.A. from the University of Richmond. He lives in Providence, RI with his wife and two sons.
