Ashish is an investor relations and transaction expert and leads the firm’s industrials and industrial technology practice. He has led dozens of IPO and SPAC transactions. Ashish joined ICR following a more than 15 year sell side equity research career covering the basic materials, industrials, and industrial technology sectors, including leadership positions on three Institutional Investor ranked teams. His extensive sector knowledge is complemented by his deep expertise across M&A, finance, and capital markets.
The combination of his transaction expertise, sell side and buy side experience provides a strong foundation to advise companies on value added communication to the investment community. Throughout his career, he has built numerous relationships with investors, industry participants and public company influencers across the investing ecosystem.
Ashish was formerly a Senior Equity Research Analyst at Stephens, Inc. covering machinery and industrial companies. Prior to Stephens, he provided investment recommendations as an analyst at GCI Partners and covered companies in the basic materials and industrials sectors at CLSA and Credit Suisse. He graduated with a BA in Economics from the University Of Michigan.
