Brett Milotte is a Senior Vice President at ICR responsible for sourcing, leading and executing Investor Relations services for public and pre-public companies within the firm’s Global Media, Sports & Entertainment vertical.

Brett has extensive experience advising clients in the media, entertainment, leisure, branded consumer products and culinary industries. He has completed multiple billions of dollars in aggregate transaction value through buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, capital raising assignments and financial restructurings. He has also assisted companies with their business development, operational initiatives and strategic communications.

Prior to joining ICR in 2021, Brett served as an investment banker at Barron International Group where he advised on notable assignments including Ambassador Theatre Group’s acquisition of the Nederlander Theatre Portfolio, the divestiture of the Martha Stewart Brand from Sequential Brands Group, a major U.S. pension fund’s investment in the world’s fifth-largest music company, the sale of the “Judge Judy” Library to CBS Corporation and Concord Bicycle Music’s acquisition of Imagem Music Group (Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP). He also provided strategic advisory services to a range of celebrity clients, including composer Andrew Lloyd Webber, Chef Wolfgang Puck, Chef José Andrés and entertainer David Blaine.

Brett graduated from New York University with a B.A. in Political Science and holds Series 79 and Series 63 FINRA Licenses.
