Nikki Sacks has been with ICR since 2006, in the Real Estate and Industrials group, which focuses on Real Estate and Lodging, PropertyTech and IndustrialTech. She brings fundamental knowledge, along with extensive capital markets and strategy experience. As a senior member of the team, she has advised clients on all aspects of financial communications and capital markets strategy utilizing industry best practices, and data and strategic analysis. Her advisory work has included IPOs and secondary offerings, quarterly reporting, large transactions and strategy shifts, management transitions, activist events and managing ongoing investor expectations.
Prior to joining ICR, Nikki was an equity research associate at Citigroup where she was a member of a top-ranked team covering media stocks, and doing corporate strategy at a Fortune 500 company. Nikki received a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business.
