Rachel joined ICR in 2010 and focuses on retail, apparel, and consumer hardlines. Having worked with various consumer companies since joining, Rachel has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the strategic communications business. At ICR, she has advised companies through IPOs, helped implement disclosure policies, assisted companies in crafting strategic messaging to Wall Street, and refined investor presentations, among other accomplishments.

During her career, Rachel has analyzed restaurant companies as an equity research analyst and also consulted to retail, apparel and consumer hardline companies on their investor relations programs. Her equity capital markets experience combined with her investor relations work provides her with a unique perspective to advise companies in many different capacities including IPOs, executive transitions, and periods of industry challenges.

Prior to joining ICR, Rachel spent five years as a sell-side analyst covering restaurants at Oppenheimer & Co, Thomas Weisel Partners and Prudential Equity Group. Prior to equity research, she worked at Neuberger Berman in Asset Management. Rachel graduated from the University of Michigan.
