Tim joined ICR in 2003 to build out a technology practice for the firm. He has over 20 years of experience in the technology sector, including senior level roles in sell-side equity research, investment banking and strategic financial communications.
Tim has served as a senior advisor on over 100 IPOs during his tenure with ICR, in addition to helping dozens of clients manage strategic communications related to M&A announcements, secondary offerings, business model changes, product launches, analyst days, executive transitions, and other special or crisis situations. His strategic advisory work spans large-cap to small-cap companies, as well privately held companies.
Tim spent eight years with Alex. Brown/Deutsche Bank, where he was a top-rated software analyst. His achievements included being named to the Institutional Investor All-American Research team, Global II Research team, #1 rated software analyst by the WSJ, and a top five analyst by Reuters and the Greenwich poll.
