Philippe Stoll

Philippe Stoll has extensive experience in humanitarian action, technology, and communications, notably as a Senior Techplomacy Delegate for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) from August 2003 to July 2022. In this role, Philippe engaged with various stakeholders, including authorities, tech giants, and academics, to uphold ICRC’s humanitarian mission in the digital realm. Additional responsibilities included managing digital transformation efforts, addressing technological needs of conflict-affected individuals, and overseeing the management of disinformation and communication strategies. Philippe's background includes a tenure as a web journalist at RTS - Radio Télévision Suisse and as a journalist at La Côte. Educational credentials consist of a Master's degree in Economics and Marketing from the University of Geneva and a Master's in Journalism from CRFJ - Centre Romand de Formation des Journalistes.
