Brian Ballard

Brian Ballard possesses extensive experience in the field of injection molding and advanced manufacturing engineering, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Plastics Manager at ICU Medical since January 2012, Brian has also held various roles at the same company, including Injection Molding Process Engineer. Prior to ICU Medical, Brian worked at BD as a Senior Engineering Process Technician and at Medron Inc. as the Lead Injection Molding Process Engineer. Brian's early career includes a position as Injection Molding Supervisor at Aspen Earth, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing production operations, process development, and hands-on engagement with various manufacturing processes.
