Juanita started as a Branch Manager at Insurance Overload Staffing in 1998, then moved on to Eastridge Workforce Solutions as a Staffing Consultant. Their career progressed to Scripps Health, where they worked as a Talent Advisor for over a decade. Currently, at ICW Group, they hold the position of Senior Talent Associate and has recently transitioned into the role of Lead, Talent Acquisition. Throughout their career, Juanita has demonstrated their expertise in recruiting and managing talent.
Juanita Marcus holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Business Management (Double major) from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn, a Performance Improvement Certificate (Lean Six Sigma) from Scripps Health, and is a Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) from Lean Human Capital.
