Joshua Rosenfeld

Joshua Rosenfeld has extensive experience in technology support and operations, currently serving as an IT Associate at Discourse since August 2017, where support for internal information technology needs is provided. Previous roles at Discourse include Technical Advocate, focusing on customer and technical support, and handling sales and documentation. At iD Tech Camps since 2015, Joshua has held multiple positions, including Operations Associate, Camp Director, Production Editor, Assistant Camp Director, and Instructor, demonstrating expertise in staff supervision, curriculum development, and customer relations.
