Ugne Kupryte has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at ID Vilnius since August 2021, following a role as a Human Resources Specialist. Previous positions include HR Manager at Veikmės Statyba and dual roles as HR Manager and Project Engineer at ICOR Group, Axis Power. Earlier career highlights involve serving as an Expert of the Project Implementation Unit at the Housing Energy Efficiency Agency and a Subject Matter Expert at the Ministry of Environment. Ugne holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Vilnius University, obtained in 2023, and a Bachelor’s degree in Water Quality and Wastewater Treatment Management and Recycling Technology from VILNIUS TECH, completed in 2011. Formal education includes completion of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme and secondary education at Šiauliai Didždvaris Gymnasium.
