Andrew Noonan

Andrew Noonan has extensive experience in international financial services, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Global Insurance in the IFS Division at IDA Ireland since April 2013. Prior roles include Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of Ireland in Buenos Aires and Head of the Consular Division at the Embassy of Ireland in Paris. Andrew's background also features a position as Desk Officer at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and as a Management Consultant at Deloitte. Academic credentials include an ACCA degree in Accountancy, an MA in European Studies from University College Dublin, and a Bcomm in International Economics, Finance, Marketing, and French. Additionally, Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in International Management from ICN Business School.
