Olga Kuznetsova

Olga Kuznetsova is an experienced QA Lead with a robust background in quality assurance processes and team management. Currently at IDAGIO since July 2019, Olga has designed and implemented comprehensive QA processes for a team of over 20 engineers, focusing on various platforms including iOS, Android, Web, and Desktop applications. Prior to this, Olga led the QA team at ZAGENO Inc., enhancing cross-department collaboration and establishing automated testing procedures. Olga's career began at Renova, where office management skills were developed, and includes an engineering trainee role at Wenutec GmbH. Educational qualifications comprise a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and a Master's in Engineering from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, alongside certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
