Doug Dockter is currently the President at Ida-West Energy and has held various management positions at Idaho Power since December 1998. Doug's responsibilities have included overseeing engineering and design teams, managing transmission projects, and leading construction activities for various 500 kV projects. Doug has also managed project teams for the Boardman-Hemingway Project and Idaho Power's portion of the Gateway West Project. Additionally, Doug has experience in managing capital and operational budgets, as well as smaller maintenance projects. Doug has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman.
