Lilit Sargsyan is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Deputy Finance Director and Head of Financial Planning and Analysis at IDBank since February 2021. Prior to this role, Lilit held several positions at Inecobank CJSC from June 2012 to February 2021, including Head of Strategy Development and Planning Manager, focusing on strategic planning, performance analysis, and financial reporting. Lilit's academic background includes a Master's degree in Economics from the International School of Economics at Tbilisi State University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Yerevan State University. Additional experience includes lecturing in Econometrics and working as an economist at the Central Bank of Armenia, as well as various internships in economic analysis and business support.
