Prior to this, Tsovinar worked at Unibank Armenia from March 2005 to June 2014, holding positions such as Administrator of Banking Software Development Unit, Chief Manager of Customer Service, and Manager of Customer Service. Tsovinar holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Yerevan State University, completed in May 2001.
