Kusum Thapa

Kusum Thapa is a Senior Software Developer at IDBS since March 2021, and previously held the position of Software Developer. Prior to that role, Kusum served as Director at Global Escapes Ltd from March 2019 to March 2021 and managed pupil data at Ayios Nikolaos Primary School between June 2016 and September 2017. Earlier experience includes a position as a Software Consultant at Furlong Business Solutions, where development of ASP.NET applications for the SchoolBase Online project was a focus. Additionally, volunteer work as an IT Buddy was undertaken at both Andover Neighbour Care Silver Surfer Internet Cafe and Stafford Library, providing IT support to older adults. Kusum began a career as a Junior Software Developer at Staffordshire County Council, contributing to the development of web-based applications and working with SAP BI for management information systems. Educational qualifications include a BSc(Hons) in Computing Science, Computer Software Engineering from the University of Staffordshire and a BEng(Hons) in Computer Engineering from Kantipur Engineering College.
