Michel Rafat

Michel Rafat is a seasoned Technical Project Manager at IDBS since June 2006, specializing in leading multiple concurrent projects with a global consultancy team, focusing on customer engagement and risk mitigation. Expertise includes validated GxP processes through both automation and manual validation. Previous roles at IDBS as a Principal Consultant involved implementing cloud-based enterprise solutions for lab informatics, encompassing analysis of complex business needs and user training. Prior to IDBS, Michel served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Manchester, concentrating on advanced computational techniques in protein design. Michel holds a PhD in Computational Chemistry and an MSc in Cheminformatics from the University of Manchester, along with an Ingenieur degree in Chemistry from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Montpellier.
