Spencer Holdaway

Spencer Holdaway is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in management roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Director of IT at IDBS since January 2017, Spencer previously held the position of IT Operations Manager, focusing on high-quality service delivery and support processes. At Foster Wheeler Energy Ltd from January 2007 to May 2010, Spencer managed global IT infrastructure teams and executed offshoring strategies to enhance operational efficiency. As a Service Improvement Consultant during this time, Spencer contributed to significant changes in incident and request management. Prior to this, Spencer was the Technical and Operations Director at Fordway Solutions Ltd from September 1991 to December 2005, where strategic planning and technical operations management were key responsibilities in fostering company growth.
