Chris Connelly currently holds the position of Executive Vice President, Strategy & Advisor Experience at IDC Worldsource Insurance Network Inc., a role assumed in May 2024. Prior to this, Connelly served as Vice President of Distribution Solutions at Munich Re from February 2022 to April 2024. Connelly's extensive experience in the insurance industry includes a lengthy tenure at Manulife, starting in 2001 and continuing until January 2022, where multiple leadership roles were undertaken, including Regional Vice President & Head of Distribution, Head of Inside Sales, and Regional Vice President of Individual Insurance Sales. Connelly’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western University and executive development programs in finance, accounting, and organizational leadership from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School, Smith School of Business at Queen's University, and Ivey Business School at Western University.
