Erin Hichman

Erin Hichman is a seasoned research manager with extensive experience in digital transformation and business services, currently leading research efforts at IDC since June 2022. Previously, Erin served as Director of Operations at Diversity Lab, focusing on initiatives aimed at improving diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal profession, and held various analytical and management roles at ALM Media, LLC, and ALM Intelligence, where industry research reports and client engagement were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes a background in process improvement at Deloitte Consulting and internships in engineering roles at Lockheed Martin and McCormick & Company. Erin holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
