Jim Mercer

Jim Mercer is an experienced technology executive specializing in software development, DevOps, and DevSecOps. Currently serving as the Program Vice President at IDC, Jim has previously held positions such as Research Vice President and Research Director in the same field. At Progress, Jim acted as Sr Advisor and Chief of Staff, and at CA Technologies, Jim held several key roles, including Vice President of Software Engineering and Vice President of Engineering Services for Infrastructure Management.
